Cancellation Policy

As part of our booking policy, you will be sent a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you reply to this text message to confirm your booking, or to phone the clinic should you need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellations, no shows or appointments that are rescheduled on the day of your booking will require you to pre-pay in full when making any future bookings which will be non-refundable in the event of a no show or last-minute cancellation. If your treatment booking is part of a pre-paid package, skin membership or gift voucher, this will subsequently be void.

Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your treatment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, your treatment will be shortened where possible, or you may be required to reschedule. In this case, you will still be required to pay for your treatment in full.

We understand that unplanned events can occur, resulting in the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at the last minute. In this instance, we respectfully ask for you to contact the clinic as soon as possible.
