Cancellation Policy

As part of our booking policy, you will be sent a text message reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you reply to this text message to confirm your booking, or to phone the clinic should you need to reschedule or cancel. Please note that any cancellations, no shows or appointments that are rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will require you to pay a $50 booking fee in order to make a future booking which will be non-refundable in the event of another late cancellation, reschedule or no show. If your treatment booking is part of a pre-paid package, skin membership, gift voucher, or if you have paid an online booking deposit, this will subsequently be void. Please note that failure to respond to your confirmation text message at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled. 

Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, your treatment will be shortened where possible, or you may be required to reschedule. In the event that you need to reschedule, you will still be required to pay a $50 booking fee in order to make any future bookings.
